Warranty Information:

Within 24 months of purchase leather bracelets with manufacturing faults will be replaced.

Mistreated leather bracelets will not be replaced.

How to put on & take off bracelet:

To correctly secured the leather/silk bracelets you must firstly pull the closing toggle back approximately 4cm from the end that has the logo charm on it, then wrap around your wrist twice (or once for single length bracelets). Then place the knot through the end loop (where you pulled the toggle back). Pull the closing toggle back down towards the knot, it is secured properly when the toggle is as close to the knot as possible. When taking off always insure that you pull the toggle away from the knot to remove bracelet, if you don't pull it back far enough it can put pressure on the end knot.
